Delivery Policy

We can deliver on your preferred date, and we also do same-day deliveries. Our usual delivery window is 9am-5pm, however, delivery may happen within the morning. For special requests, it would be best to contact us via SMS / Viber / Whatsapp at: +639171148917

Force Majeure: Flowers by Pablo will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, acts of God, and other reasons beyond our control.

Will the flowers look exactly the same as the photo? / Substitution policy

We do our best to deliver the exact product as seen in our catalogue or as requested. However, due to season and availability, there may be times that we have to resort to substitution of some flowers. Do not worry, in such cases, we will substitute with flowers of the same or higher value. We do our best to maintain the design and color scheme of the arrangements.

Please be aware that we use fresh flowers. The size, shape, and shade may vary from time to time. You may check our IG and FB accounts (@flowersbypablo) as we post actual items for delivery there.
