Substitution Policy / Terms and Conditions
- We do our best to deliver the exact product as seen in our catalogue or as requested. However, due to season and availability, there may be times that we have to resort to substitution of some flowers. Do not worry, in such cases, we will substitute with flowers of the same or higher value. We do our best to maintain the design and color scheme of the arrangements.
