Refund & Substitution Policy

At Flowers by Pablo, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements crafted with care and intention. Should something fall short of your expectations, we are here to make it right—with grace and professionalism.

Refund Process

If you experience any issue with your order, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Here’s how to request a refund or resolution:

1. Contact Us Immediately

  • For freshness issues, please reach out within 2 hours of receiving your order.
  • For delivery concerns, notify us within the same day.

2. Provide Clear Details

  • Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the bouquet or item in question.

3. Evaluation Process

  • All refund or replacement requests will go through a quick internal review.
  • Based on our evaluation, we may offer a replacement, a partial refund (up to 30%), or a full refund, depending on the case.

4. Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be returned through your original payment method (GCash, card, etc.) within 3 banking days.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once flowers or items are delivered. However, our resolution policy covers the following:

1. Freshness Concerns

  • Notify us within 2 hours
  • Include clear photos of the item
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, based on our review
  • Requests made beyond the 2-hour window may no longer be eligible for refund or redelivery

2. Non-Delivery

  • If your flowers are not delivered as scheduled, you are entitled to a full refund or a free redelivery on the next available date.

3. Order Amendments

  • Delivery address changes must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled date.
  • If the order is already booked with our courier, additional delivery fees may apply.

4. Substitution Policy

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • In case of supply difficulties, we may substitute blooms or packaging with items of equal or higher value and quality.
  • We will do our best to notify you before proceeding.

5. Refused Deliveries & Undelivered Items

  • If a recipient refuses the flowers or is unavailable, the item will be considered delivered.
  • A redelivery may be arranged, subject to additional delivery fees.
  • Returned items, with valid proof of delivery attempt, are not eligible for refund.
