    We commit the date, but not the exact time. ? Our normal delivery window is 9am-4pm, your orders will arrive within this timeframe. In some cases, depending on our workload, we can accept requests for AM (between 9am – 12nn) and PM (between 12nn to 4pm) deliveries.     Force Majeure: Flowers by Pablo will not liable for delays due to natural disasters, acts of God, and other reasons beyond our control.

  • 2 Will the flowers look exactly the same as the photo? / Substitution policy

    We do our best to deliver the exact product as seen in our catalogue or as requested. However, due to season and availability, there may be times that we have to resort to substitution of some flowers. Do not worry, in such cases, we will substitute with flowers of the same or higher value. We do our best to maintain the design and color scheme of the arrangements.

    Please be aware that we use fresh flowers. The size, shape, and shade may vary from time to time. You may check our IG and FB accounts (@flowersbypablo), we post actual items for delivery there.

  • 3 Do you do SAME DAY DELIVERIES?
